1 Kalajian, Douglas SNOW BLIND
Fairfax County, VA Ravensyard Publishing 2000 0966788389 / 9780966788389 Paperback Very Good+ with no dust jacket
Very good, with minimal shelf wear. ; Trade PB; 0.50 x 8.24 x 5.06; 180 pages; "Howard had been angry since he was a child. By high school, he was angry with his parents and his tachers and his country. He was angry about war and racism and poverty and the unfairness of life. He decided to fight. Howard fought long and well and he heard applause that made him fight harder. He did not realize that he was fighting himself until it was very nearly too late. Howard did not realize because he could not see. When he decided to fight, he had closed his eyes and he did not open them for nearly 20 years. Howard was a good man who closed his eyes and got lost. Now at 38, he was still lost, but at least he knew it and he knew where he dared never go again. The defender had become a defendant , facing a long prison term. He came as close to utter ruin as any human can. So did his wife.
